Return, Exchange and Refund policy
Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Mihikashi Private Limited (MPL) reserves the right to alter any / all the Terms and Conditions mentioned here in below which will be reflected on the website and effective immediately.
Return Policy
- We have a Seven days return policy, which means you have Seven days after receiving your product/item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase if required by us.
Eligible Returns
- Return of products can be made only where incomplete sets of garment, wrong style and wrong sizes other than what has been selected or defective products are delivered. Under no circumstances a product can be returned other than falling in aforesaid circumstances. In case your return requests qualify under this criteria, we will pick it up with no cost charged to you and full refund will be issued when the fault is on our part.
- For our regular and repeat customers, in the exceptional cases, the products return request can be accepted at the discretion of MPL management for exchange, however the shipping charges of both side (dispatch and reverse pick up) has to be borne by the customer.
- To exchange your product, write to us on contact@teentrums.com or WhatsApp us on 9819488022 with complete information of order id, date of purchase, reason of exchange and image or link from our website of required product with size details. you can also create return request on https://teentrums.com/pages/return-request.
- Not Eligible Returns
Return or Exchange is not accepted if Customer has change of opinion or does not like the material or colour of the product, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us on 9819488022 to know more details about the product if needed.
Our products are made with utmost care and handled through various hands involving various processes. There are bound to be slight colour variations, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your device for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
Exchange/Return is not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
- Further to the above conditions, once we receive the product and quality check is done and return is approved, we will issue a credit note of full cash amount in your favour which can be utilised by you for a new purchase on our website in the future till its validity lasts. In case, cash refund is requested for actual payment made to MPL, we will deduct the shipping charges of both side (dispatch and reverse pick up).
If the product fails in the quality check, the return requests and corresponding refund will be rejected.
- In case a customer wants his or her damaged/wrong or defective product back, they have to bear the delivery charges.
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon receipt of the order and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us the picture of such defective, damaged or wrong item received by you either on WhatsApp at 9819488022 or on our email contact@teentrums.com
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like artificial jewellery. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before placing the orders.
In addition to the above, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items which were on seasonal sales or heavy discounted item (discounted item 50% and above).
If Refund is authorised
- Your refund will be initiated within 2 business days of authorization/approval by us.
Your final refund is estimated to be credited in the account, used for order payment, between 4-8 days after initiating the refund. Please note that the timing of the actual account credit is dependent on multiple external agencies such as banks, payment gateways and external couriers (for cheques).
In case of Dispute
- Any dispute between the MPL and the customer shall be resolved by mutual discussions between the authorized signatories. If the dispute remains unresolved, the parties may refer such dispute to a court of law located within the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only. Terms are void where prohibited by law. Terms and Conditions of the Voucher are governed by laws of India.
