Return, Exchange and Refund policy
Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.
Mihikashi Private Limited (MPL) reserves the right to alter any / all the Terms and Conditions mentioned here in below which will be reflected on the website and effective immediately.
Return Policy
We have a Seven days return policy, which means you have Seven days after receiving your product/item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase if required by us.
Eligible Returns
1. Return of products can be made only where incomplete sets of garment, wrong style and wrong sizes other than what has been selected or defective products are delivered. Under no circumstances a product can be returned other than falling in aforesaid circumstances. In case your return requests qualify under this criteria, we will pick it up (depending on the fact that PIN or Area Code of your location is serviceable by our courier or logistic partners) with no cost charged to you and full refund will be issued when the fault is on our part.
2. For our repeat and loyal customers, in the exceptional cases, the products return request can be accepted at the discretion of MPL management for exchange, however the shipping charges of both side (dispatch and reverse pick up) has to be borne by the customer.
Not Eligible Returns
1. Return or Exchange request is not accepted if Customer has change of opinion or does not like the material or colour of the product, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a detailed look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us on 9819488022 to know more details about the product if needed.
2. Our products are made with utmost care and handled through various hands involving various processes. There are bound to be slight colour variations, finish and overall look. The colours you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your device for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
3. Exchange/Return is not accepted if the product is washed and worn. Any tag, label is missing or the product does not belong to us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like accessories and artificial jewelry. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before placing the orders.
In addition to the above, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items which were on seasonal sales or heavy discounted item (discounted item 50% and above).
Exchange / Return Process
1. To start an exchange or return of eligible returns (as explained above), please create request by clicking on below link, https://teentrums.com/apps/ecoreturns. 2. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy
Exchange request for eligible returns per order per product can be made only once. In other words, products selected by you in exchange and couriered / delivered to you does not qualify as eligible return second time. In case of exchange of eligible items first time, differential payment, if any, has to be paid by the customer.

Refunds – by way of store credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be getting the store credit on your registered email id within 2 days of the approval, which can be utilized by you for a new purchase on our website in the future till its validity lasts
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and still store credit has not been given to you, please contact us at contact@teentrums.com.
If the product fails in the quality check, the return requests and corresponding refund / exchange will be rejected.
In case a customer wants his or her damaged/wrong or defective product back, they will have to bear the delivery charges as applicable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt of the order and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case of Dispute
Any dispute between the MPL and the customer shall be resolved by mutual discussions between the authorized signatories. If the dispute remains unresolved, the parties may refer such dispute to a court of law located within the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only. Terms are void where prohibited by law. Terms and Conditions of the Voucher are governed by laws of India.
